St Andrews Media was established in 2004 by Ken Cochran,
a graduate in Computational Science from the University of St Andrews.
Having spent over 20 years in America working for Bell Laboratories and
other divisions of AT&T he returned to the area.
Ken also serves as a non-executive director of NHS Fife.
He serve as a deacon at (and web servant of )St
Andrews Baptist Church. Both his children are also St Andrews
graduates and so he remains very much in touch with the pulse of this
medieval yet dynamic town.
Having produced a DVD documentary on the history of St
Andrews, Ken was urged to give tours to people visiting the town.
He now conducts custom
walking
tours of the town.
His vision is to provide highly interactive, affordable
and engaging digital media in and about St Andrews and this area of
Scotland. This media is delivered on the Internet, on CD-ROM or on DVD.
Such media can be produced efficiently and thus
economically bringing it within the reach of individuals and small
businesses to record or promote their events and enterprises.
St Andrews Media possesses a wealth of stock footage and
digital photographs of events and scenes in St Andrews which can be
incorporated into custom productions.
